Job Description

     The primary function of this role is to accelerate revenues and grow new sales. Generating leads and submitting RFPs and related sales collaterals, collaborate with leadership team to set revenue goals, drive sales strategy and it’s on the ground execution to drive revenue growth.

    We are looking for a hunter, someone that loves new business development and driving deals. You will drive business and own relationships with new accounts at OM and be a true partner to our customers.

    Roles & Responsibilities

      • Drive Commercial sales in India and NA markets and work closely with assigned technical resources and other functional teams.

      • Consistently deliver revenue targets – ensuring company revenue goals, and objectives are achieved quarter over quarter and year over year.

      • Accurately forecast quarterly, and annual revenue numbers for assigned region, dedication to the number and to deadlines.

      • Unearth customer insights, define value proposition, determine appropriate sales and marketing strategy to maximize growth objectives.

      • Maintain market and competitor intelligence and develop strategies to maintain the Company's competitiveness.

      • Conduct thorough research and needs analysis to understand the specific requirements, pain points, and goals of prospective clients, and develop tailored sales strategies to address their unique needs.

      • Generate new sales leads through various means/methods including cold calling, phone calls, networking at industry events, conferences, etc. from time to time. .

      • Work as a team for the most efficient use and deployment of resources; collaborate with sales engineering, channels/alliances, professional services, product, legal, marketing, and engineering teams to create a seamless customer experience.

      • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, industry influencers, and internal teams.

      • Use CRM systems extensively and maintain CRM updates at all times for authentic and sales reporting.

      • Prepare regular sales reports, presentations, and forecasts for senior management.
